The following information regarding project costs and completion dates is estimated except where projects have already been completed.

Phase I: DPS installation of new, state-of-the art athletic fields

Cost: $885,000 - funded by Denver Public Schools
Accomplished: August 2005

Phase II: Athletic fields equipment

• Bleachers
• Scoreboard
• Fencing for Baseball Field
• Field Lighting 30% donation, balance to be raised
  

Cost: $220,000 - funded by Project Angel Pride
Completion date: 2006

Phase III: East High School Plaza Entry

• Planned expansion of the EHS Plaza to accommodate the entire student body

  Cost: $300,000 - to be funded through Project Angel Pride
  

Phase IV: City Park Esplanade, roadway, curbs and gutters and semi-circle at East High School entrance

• Narrowing roads to accommodate three lanes of traffic: one for cars, one for bicycles and one for parallel parking
• Refurbishing the "E"
• Irrigating and landscaping the area between the sidewalk and the street
• Elevating the Esplanade to improve drainage

Cost: $650,000 - funded by City and County of Denver
Completion date: 2006-07

Phase V: Rehabilitation of the Sullivan Memorial Gateway

• Received a planning grant from State Historical Society
• Applying for a $900,000 renovation grant in 2006

Cost: $950,000 - to be funded by the City and County of Denver, Project Angel Pride and the Colorado Historical Society
Completion date: 2006-07

Phase VI: Improvements to the SE corner of the campus

Cost: $250,000
Scheduled for completion in 2007
